The New Website Launched | Why Did Mandy Grey Lane Rebrand?

Hello faithful followers and new friends!

A couple months ago we announced that we would be rebranding and the change is finally here! Initially when we created this blog site we knew we wanted it to be about post grad life, fashion, beauty and everything we are interested in, but we needed to find a purpose.

Studies have shown that our generation is really battling mental health. According to the Human Resources Report, about 1 in 5 millennials have experienced depression, and that is a really scary thought (Human Resources Report, 2017). Greysi and I both have dealt with mental health struggles and felt inspired to center our purpose as a brand around strengthening our fellow young people and being a light in this world of darkness. We want Mandy Grey Lane to be a site where young people can be inspired and find positive content. Our fashion blogs will cater to all body types to be more inclusive, our beauty blogs will be more inspiring and encourage self-confidence, our post grad blogs will be written more frequently, and we will be blogging more about self care.

Does this mean the content is going to change?

Yes and no. We will still blog about our usual subjects, but you may see a more inclusive and inspiring approach to the writing. We will also have a lot more blogs about self-care, self-confidence and post grad life.

Why is the website different?

We needed to refresh the site and rebranding seemed to be the perfect opportunity to do so. It is still not complete but I wanted to launch.

What can be expected from Mandy Grey Lane in the near future after the rebrand?

More blogs. More uplifting content. More posting on social media. More mental health awareness. More fashion and beauty tips. More encouragement!

Mandy Grey Lane has always been targeted towards the 20 and 30 something year old figuring out life. We want to shed more light on the struggles we all face, and give more solutions to those problems. We want to hold your hand and be there with you as you grow more and more into adulthood. We want to talk about relationships, self confidence, beauty, fashion, careers, life after college and more.

Stay tuned for more content. Email us at mandygreylane@gmail.com to send us your ideas as to what you would like us to talk about. Thank you for being a friend.
