About Me

Hey I’m Greysi, I have a lot to say and a lot that I want to talk to YOU (the readers) about. Topics such as life post-grad, the struggles of finding a job, making new friends, and finding yourself. Very cheesy I know, but life’s tough and I still don’t know what to do, where I am, or where I’m going. Geographically, I live in the Washington DC area and have pretty much lived here my whole life, except for high school where I went to a boarding school in the middle of nowhere with my blog partner Amanda, and Richmond where I went to college at Virginia Commonwealth University.

So a little bit more about me, I went to VCU where I studied Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Political Science. My dream was to one day work for the CIA as a counterintelligence analyst, but that dream fell short when I realized the CIA was REALLY hard to get into…did you know that!? Then I was lost. My year post-grad I spent not knowing what the hell I was doing. It felt terrible and you know what, it still feels terrible, but I’m here to tell you that it’s going to be okay. I promise. I went through a lot of soul searching. Had my own “Eat, Pray, Love” experience (I’ll tell you more about that later) and I found a way to figure my stuff out!

To sum it up, I’m pretty much going to be talking about anything and everything. I love TV so I’ll probably be talking about different TV shows and my opinions on them. Movies and music included. I’m not an artist or fashionista at all, so I’ll leave that up to Amanda. I’ll write about food, traveling, general posts about myself to let out steam, what to do when you’re bored, what to do when you’re not bored, how to do this and that, and now my brain is going fuzzy 'cause like I said, I’ll be writing about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. So be excited, I am! I really hope you like this and it helps you out in any way. That’s what Amanda and I are here for.

So that’s me.
